How is the art scene in Mexico? Do they have a museum where great works of art can be sampled?

A lot about the Mexico art scene here! Mexico is a very artistic country, they inherit a couple of very artistic civilizations, i.e. Mayan and Aztec. Then along came the Spanish and joined up their culture, and voilá! You get Diego Rivera... Can´t ask for more!
