'Gas Guzzlers ' Business

There was a time that cars we think of as "junker" made their way to Mexico. Most of the wouldn't be street legal in the USA, but found an extended lifetime in Mexico through NAFTA and looser air pollution laws.

Do you see this happening again with the acres of vehicles GM and other U.S. manufacturers can't give away in the USA? Do you think Mexican workers will be driving shiny new SUV over the next 3 years or so?
