Did you try looking in the local newspaper or the internet for places that are available to rent, or rent to own. I am sure they also have student housing available there as well.

You should have an easy time finding condos and other apartments for sale/rent if you look at the real estate classifieds(an updated one will do you more than good)

Help in finding one might not really come from such a forum but perhaps if you spotted one, you could ask the locals for help.

It is also good to list the specifications in terms of cost and size plus location.
