About how many years does the average citizen attend school in Mexico?
Here in the states, school officials have been trying to address the drop out rates in the Hispanic community, especially the girls. Apparently, once a girl has her Quinceañera, she drops out of school to lead the life of an adult woman.
Does this happen in Mexico as well?
