Hi Amigos, We have been living in Cordoba since 1990, teaching, building houses, raising a pine forest and running a B&B. We have wednesday night poker games every week. Is there anybody out there?

I'm interested in moving to Mexico. Cordoba looks like a beautiful area. I was wondering if you have any info on business ownership by an expat in Mexico. What are the requirements? If I wanted to do offshore software development of business process outsourcing, would cordoba be a large enough city to operate from (servicing North America)?
