'Market friendly work visa.' Immigration

I am of the opinion that a market friendly work visa could be a solution to the issue of black market, migrant labor participation in the US. It could also generate revenue that could reduce public and private sector costs. Such a public policy scheme would work for Mexico, as well.

I don't thinks so. Sure thing that the market friendly work visa will work as a legal passage to U.S. but there will still be problems with immigration concerning with folk having expired visas wanting to be a citizen and just waiting for amnesties. That would just add up to the present problems
