I would like to find out more about regulations of working as
a doctor in Panama. Do British doctors need to do exams, if they want to practice in non-invasive cosmetic surgeries like botox and fillers?

Well, i believe the normal code of professional ethics applies globally so you shouldn't really ask for their requlations for work.
