I have a question for those out there who have children with them here in Mexico. Why is it after 5yrs under an fm3.. Is the immigration asking for my childs certified birth to be apostillized. He has a certified US passport and the first fm3 was reg. in Houston tex. Mexican Consulate. No problems up till now...so now we have to pay or go in person and get this doc. and then have it translate when we get back here...we figure ...all in all 500usd. What is this hassle...anybody else have to do this...with a legal passport and certified birth with thier kids? we have already sent a scud message to our embassy on the hard handed tactics.. what else can you do? this shoud concern all of us that come down. jeff Trackbacks
