Sam I don't think that Mike Scully actually owns the condos I think he was simply recommending them. If you are interested in renting the condos in San Miguel de Allende you should contact the owners of the El Encanto condos. The email address and phone number is listed above.

Mike Scully could still be the owner because he also has not specified it. The fact that he has recommended follow up using the addresses also means he can offer enough information.

Sam, it is clear that they are to be sold but you try contacting the, ; you may be able to stay in as they look for prospective buyers. And who knows, you might like the place and eventually buy it. Happy holidays
