I would love to just own a piece of land that can sit and go up in value, hopefully. Is it pretty easy to buy empty land in Mexico?
Is the construction business going pretty strong down there?

There is alot of land here in Mazatlan and around it for sale. As long as you use a reputable consultant who uses a notario, it is a rather easy process. It is very inexpensive compared to most cities on the beach, and yes, construction is real strong right now! They are now dubbing this as Boomtown, Mexico.
