Here is a link to a utube show that really looks at Lake Chapala Mexico retirement.

Why do you keep on referring to Youtube as "utube" Why not complete the whole word, are you in a rush or something?

Glaze, why pay attention to a semi-spelt word? If I am not wrong you have gotten what that post is all about. If you do not hold any naming rights, I do not see any reason to be angry.Happy Jackson, you might be happy but a majority of posters in here will be happy if you provided a link of some sort to support the video. What do you think?

Every year thousands of foreign nationals move to Mexico to enjoy a high quality retirement. They choose Mexico for many reasons: The climate is superb, the facilities are good, it's safe and very importantly - their pensions and investment money can go further in Mexico that they do in the USA, Canada or Europe - so they may enjoy a higher standard of living.
I suggest that you guys try this link

I gather that happens because the cost of living in Mexico is lower than the US and Canada. Many people cite an expensive health care scheme as being one of the reasons majority of Americans choose to leave for greener and cheaper pastures elsewhere.Lake Chapala is normally referred to as the Lakeside or just Chapala and these communities are said to be a place where you can stretch your retirement income and find a comfortable lifestyle.

Hey man... It surely is a bit easier for one to write 'utube' than it would be for them to write youtube. I guess the person was either in some kind of a hurry, or they did not feel as if writing out the entire word "you" would benefit them in any way shape or form.

I cannot imagine why someone would do such a thing however, as those of which that are not familiar with the term, would have no idea as to what it the situation, until they have been informed.

Let them write what ever they feel like writing, come on, why all the negativity?

Why do we bother ourselves with a misspelled word. I have to agree with cwemoy, as long as we got the message and the thought that the post would want to imply then it is fine. And yes, this forum is about the Mexican retirement. So anybody out there who would want to post something about the retirement in this place just feel free to do so. Have a good day guys.
