As in who to go to in an emergency? Or, recommendations for qualified, staffed, equipped offices?

Why do you think dentists in the USA are so much better? You just might find that the foreign dentists/doctor cares so much more about YOU and less about your MONEY!

But like everywhere... ask around to find a good one.

I visited a dentist in South America and she was surprised that I (being an American) had ceramic fillings and not mercury fillings. She didn't get into the health aspects but said the price of the fillings is the same and the "white" ones look so much better... there is no reason to use the mercury (falsely, called Silver by dentists in the USA).

She said she put a ceramic filling in an American friend's mouth... when her friend had returned an American dentist had removed it and put in a mercury one!

Now I can't speak for dentists in Mexico... but in the USA they are obsessed with stuffing your mouth full of one of most poisonous materials known to man and you have such faith in them! ahahhahahaa

I don't care if I would spend more for a certified dentist, I won't take the risk of going to some quack for my teeth's needs

Sounds like your basic anti-Mexico racism... Americans too much tend to think of Mexicans as low-class, quacks, low quality, etc... yet we want to retire there by the millions!

Wake up... visit Mexico and find out for yourself... like in the USA there are good and not so good dentists!

this is to Missy, Mexico is a VERY beautiful place, I tend to go there about every other year on vacation with a group of my friends, and we have NOTHING against mexico or mexicans, but Cancun is sooooo awesome and beautiful, but the moment you go outside of cancun, its terriable. So, that is pry why some people have doubts about dentist there, not against mexico itself, but against I guess its "culture habits"
