Vera Cruz Inquiry

Looking for someone in Vera Cruz to help find a local family in the state of Vera Cruz. Very important!
Looking for the family of Jorge Alberto Madrigal Aguiniga. This young man of about 40 yrs was working in Mazatlan and had no local family; his family with two sons, Eduardo and Kevin, probably 17 and 15 years old now, live in Vera Cruz. If someone has access to a local phone book and could start calling Madrigal's and Aguiniga's perhaps we could find the family. It is extremely important that we find this family! Jorge passed away last summer from a stroke or aneurysm and was cremated. Want to get the info and ashes to his family in Vera Cruz, but the only info any friends have is they lived in Vera Cruz. If anyone has any luck, I can forward the names/phone numbers to someone in Mazatlan who will contact the family.
